Rainbow Dash - Element of Hope

"Rainbow Dash always dresses in style..."

Number four of my G3 Core 7 series.  Why doesn't G4 have more Rainbow Ponies anyway?  Why should Dash, her dad, and Celestia have the monopoly on multicolored hair?
